Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Scramble

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, melted 12 eggs, beaten 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) Wisconsin Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 teaspoon chopped chives Dill weed, salt and garlic to taste
Cooking Directions:
Heat skillet. Brush surface with melted butter. Pour eggs into skillet. Stir with spatula until partially set. Do not scorch or brown eggs. Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently until eggs are done. Serve immediately.
