2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon milk
1 ounce diced ham
2 tablespoons Wisconsin cheddar onion cold pack cheese
Melt butter in 8 inch skillet. Stir together eggs, milk, pepper, and ham. Cook over medium-low heat, running spatula around edge and lifting to allow uncooked eggs to flow underneath. When eggs are set, dab cheddar onion cold pack atop eggs. Remove from heat; cover skillet for 3 minutes, fold in half and slip onto warmed plate.
