Swiss Bacon Quiche

Servings: 4


1 pie crust (9 inches)
1/2 cup Wisconsin Swiss almond cold pack cheese
1/2 cup Wisconsin cheddar bacon cold pack cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup minced onion
4 eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Cooking Directions:

Spread bottom of pie crust with Swiss almond and cheddar bacon cold pack. Sprinkle with mushrooms and onion. Stir together eggs, milk, flour and dry mustard. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
