The 2008 Organic Farm of the Year, Otter Creek Organic Farm offers seasonal, raw milk cheddar cheese in block or beautiful retail packaging. Otter Creek also produces the 2007 ACS and US Championship Cheese award-winning Pesto Cheddar. These cheeses are made from a single farm with a herd of less than 200 cows, so this is inherently a unique product. Made by a Master Cheesemaker, unpasteurized, and naturally aged at least six months (frequently over a year), the cheeses are rich, full-flavored, and unusually creamy.
