Butler Farms is the first licensed Grade A sheep dairy in the United States. The company's Camembert is made from sheep's milk and cow's cream with a light mold rind and rich, creamy texture. Other cheeses include Aged Tomme, a sheep's milk cheese with a white mold rind, Fresh Brebis, a sheep's milk cheese with a milder flavor and creamy spreadability, similar to goat chèvre, as well as Feta and Ricotta made from sheep's milk.
